Both are different private companies ran in different ways

They are run in different ways because one is an actual pro SPORTS organization where athletes capable of playing at that level are rare and highly sought.
That's why some teams win while others lose.

The other company is a traveling circus where any one of the performing buffoons is expendable since nobody is actually COMPETING.
