The family bond existed throughout the period . Today the family bond in some communities (subsidized communities of both races, upper class families as well) is broken. Asian families work together. build together . My mother always talks about my families early days in the USA. At first multiple families lived in one tiny apartment. They saved their money. The families TOGETHER put a down payment on a house. New familes that came to the usa all lived in the house until they got one thier feet. My grandfather rose to construction forman getting everyone a job along the way. Today ALL the grandchuldren have homes with the help of the family. Some are professionals, some laborers and some too got too comfortable an are losers. Broken familes do not. Most people need a group of committed people working together to be happy. |
