If you can't think of any meaningful answer to these questions or even begin to take a guess, then maybe the action should be legal.In the case of your subway masturbator, the primary victim is the woman he is doubtless sexually harassing. The secondary victims are anyone who will have to ride in that car after it's been contaminated by his "physical evidence." However, in the case of three people who want to get married, there is no victim. |
