As I said elsewhere, the atmosphere does not recognize states boundaries. Nor do oceans, rivers and lakes. There is some room for discussion for education, but given how many states fail at public schools (funny how they're concentrated in the.....here we go again!) there's a strong argument for Federal oversight to ensure some standard is reached. |
