If I got it right, I think you would say:

Je suis ne le jour du poire (or le troisieme Brumaire) en l'annee cent quatre-vingt et onze.

I'm too lazy to figure out how to do accents, so a bold e denotes one with an accent aigu and an italicized e denotes one with an accent grave.

The French say "four twenty" for 80, and "four twenty and eleven" for 91.
