A former Portland city worker was sentenced on Friday to 87 months in federal prison for providing support to people linked to a suicide bomb attack on the headquarters of Pakistan's intelligence service in 2009 that killed about 30 people.Reaz Qadir Khan pleaded guilty in February to paying $2,450 to one of the suicide bombers responsible for the attack in Lahore and to providing assistance to the bomber's surviving wives after the bombing, which also wounded some 300 people. ---- Goodness it's a small world.
