The Captain who totaled the Southwest plane at LGA was a female. Also reported that many pilots at the airline had a standing request not to work with her because her CRM skills were utterly lacking. She did not appreciate that the first officer was about to execute a "go around" as they had become destabilized on the approach so she improperly took over control at low altitude and ended up landing on the nose gear
