There would be actual data to prove your point. But what about college admissions? Are you denying that a white candidate for medical or law school would likely be admitted to a US school when competing with a lesser or equally qualified student of color? "Then why do all the statistics show disproportionate traffic stops for minorities? For every case like you describe, there are 5 officers doing racial profiling for no good reason." From my observations only, most of the people stopped by police along Stewart Ave or Covert are white when it seems most of the people running stop signs and speeding are not. |
