I'm on your side. But still, failure to register WAS a federal crime then, and they're even more serious about it now. To the feds, any form of "evasion" be it that or something else is considered "failure to register for selective service" and yeah, technically you did.But once again, a pardon is a pardon. It completely exonerates you and thus anyone giving you a hard time about it GIVEN THAT is pissing up a rope. Moo. :) |
