Would anyone object to punishing an FLDS minister for enacting a polygamous marriage in his role as a Utah minister sanctioned by the state?Federal judgements supercede state ones, so yes, I would object to a State punishing an FLDS minister for exercising his constitutional rights if polygamy were ruled legal by a federal judge in that jurisdiction. |
