That sounds like nonsense to me.The atheists most people hear about seem to be busy uselessly challenging other people's personal beliefs in a self-righteous obnoxious way. The great majority of atheists who eat apple pie, love their children, cuddle puppies and help their neighbors never make the feel-good news. Self-involved atheists can be as tough to be around as the person who tells you at length how religion has changed his life. There's a reason Madelaine Murray's son became a Jesus freak. |
