Since they're corn products and oil trains have been delaying shipment (where they CAN order a car to begin with) this comes as no surprise. To lay blame for this at the hands of Maryland though is a bit disingenuous. Unilever's consolidation of their corn products is more due to their getting their asses kicked in the marketplace by ACH/ADM which has pretty much taken their business away in this segment.

Unilever has been heavily divesting this entire business, starting with their primary operations in Mexico which has aleady been sold to ACH. Here:
