There is a lot of shit going on there right now.The most insidious is a move by the Palestinian Football (soccer) Federation to have Israel suspended from FIFA on the basis that the occupation makes it difficult to impossible for Palestinian players to practice and travel with their teams. I don't know how true that is or to what extent but this bus thing would have added to their ammunition had Netanyahu let it go forward. |
