And who here would be narrow minded enough to think that "oh dark thirty" expression would be racist?? My last boss on the RR before He retired used to use that expression many times. He was an (Ret) Air Force Colonel who spent many years in the mid-east & often used that expression when he wanted his underlings to show up early.When he told me that Turks weren't allowed to use toilet paper, I'd say "Off we go into the wild blue yonder..." were words to live by!! |
