A conflict of interest is where different forces conflict to prevent someone from doing their job. For example, if a prosecutor is friends with the defendant's family.But here there is no conflict. All forces would induce her to prosecute vigorously, which is her job. She has to obey the law and judicial rules in the course of her prosecution, but so does every prosecutor. There's nothing special here. |
