You know,One of my friends moved there,two years ago...near the Oklahoma state line.Before she past away,she told me she never had a greater love for land. Said it was actually beautiful place to live...after dealing with 'city life for so long'. The Only issue she had,was the distance she had to drive,to see her medical doctor...saying each trip was a journey and a half. Had business on the west coast,so the wife and I paid her a visit while she was in the hospital for chemotherapy treatment... she told me that she deeply believed if she would have stayed back east,she would have a better chance at beating this... My friend past away from her illness January,in the place,when it counted,she didn't really want to be. |
