That young man had his SPINE SEVERED WHILE IN POLICE CUSTODY... YET NONE OF THEM CAN SAY HOW IT HAPPENED.

YOU dumb ass...exactly how long do You think this type of behavior from those sworn to 'uphold the law' will be tolerated by the people?
