Judging by the birth rate in the black community, most black single moms have one or two children at most, and usually as an attempt to sustain a medium-term relationship into a long-term relationship that still has little hope for marriage.And I wonder how many of those single black women had an abortion when 16 or 17, then have a kid at 19 or 20? Or something like that? But "single" is the real issue. There is a single black mother crisis in America right now. I'm wondering when someone will recommend some kind of tax, like the proposed "handsome tax" in Japan, only one to encourage men to stick with the women they breed or not breeding them at all? |
