Yes, but where was the Constitution in the interim?Unless Archbishop Cupich goes completely off the rails in some totally unexpected manner, it seems highly improbable that he will die in prison. To suggest that he might strikes me as a very paranoid thing to say. It's in Ted Cruz land, or even further out. It's like saying Obama won't step down in 2017. |
