OK, so what do you think it means for something to be certified as kosher?Has nothing to do with what I think. It has to do with facts. For something to be certified as kosher, the certifying organization has to be comfortable that the product is kosher. To accomplish that, they can have representatives on location some of the time or all of the time, depending on many different factors. |
