If we really decided that minor students had all the same rights as adults could we legally require them to go to school?Nobody ever said that they have all the same rights as adults. What was said is: "It can hardly be argued that either students or teachers shed their constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression at the schoolhouse gate." |
