Here's the pertinent bit: Ever since the "white race" was invented in the late 17th century, society has declared that being white makes you inherently superior— you may not be an aristocrat, but even as a commoner, the fact that you are white makes you inherently better than anyone who isn't. White people use the term "white pride" to indicate they accept the notion that they are inherently superior— which, you may recall, is pretty much the definition of racism. I'm also not better or worse than any other race. Well, except for the black people you think it's legal to kill on sight. Racism is when ANY race thinks they inherently superior. Nope. Try again. |
