For two reasons.....first this is an election ploy on his part. We should never allow ourselves to be drawn into any foreign nations election processes.Second, it is outside protocol, and the Constitutional division of responsibilities for Congress to circumvent the President and invite any foreign leader to speak. Has nothing to do with who the speaker is. |
