It's virtually impossible not to contribute to an increased level of greenhouse gases (and therefore to global warming, to the extent that greenhouse gases contribute to global warming). Some people just do so more than others.The biggest increase in atmospheric CO2 in the next century is not going to come from the wealthy, but from the very poor in Asia achieving middle class status. |
