Yes, he did have two brain aneurysms and that discourse did happen between him and his doctor. Although it seems that the doctor was talking about his chances of living through the operations, now that I review it.Apparently one thing that Biden also worried about is the fact that one of the aneurysms was located near his brain's speech center. |
