Yes, and with the snide remarks about how "that's not even a lot of snow compared to what we get, and we are open upstate" crap.
24 inches is a lot of snow when you have the sheer volume of vehicular traffic that takes place in NYC, westchester, and Long Island.
Again, more cars use the average road in 15 minutes than are gotten all day on a many roads upstate.
