Well if they kicked everybody out of the building wouldn't somebody just call the cops and stop them?They'd have to do it really fast. After hours, occupied or not it's still terrorism as it's an attempt at violent coercion. Back in the 30's when black churches in the south were burned, it was indeed terrorism.That's different. The churches weren't burned to prevent blacks from praying. That would be silly. They could pray anywhere. The churches were burned because they hated blacks and wanted them to be scared and leave. In my hypothetical situation, the bad guys don't hate anyone specifically and don't want to scare anyone into leaving town - they just want to halt abortions from being performed because they hate abortions. |
