Posted by LuchAAA on Tue Jan 27 19:28:32 2015 Just so you guys know, the real reason Carlo Gambino opened a gay bar in Greenwich Village in the 60's, was to extort money from patrons.They knew a percentage of the men would be successful and/or married, who had to keep their lifestyle a secret and would pay a price to do so. Then the NYPD, always corrupt, started threatening patrons for silence money, and there was a riot. THIW'd. |
