Maybe he had 30 years of service or whatever is needed to retire with full pension at CTA. Transit is different from the boring regular jobs. LACMTA lets you retire at 23 years. I have a friend who is a B/O for them, he could have retired 2 years ago but chose not to, and he still isn't 50 yet, |
