Due to the incessant calls clamoring demand call it what you will for this information before the New Year I felt increasing pressure to put it out in draft form. It was never intended to be a finished product nor meant as an exhaustive list. It is a work in progress. The S.A.F.E. List, otherwise known as Stay Away From Each of These Youths (S.A.F.E.T.Y.), is a living, breathing document and is subject to change. The situation remains fluid.
