All parents, not just black parents, need to worry about the same things to greater or lesser extents. There is a problem though in some communities, though. Be it because most are single parent families or not but some young men are not taught to respect authority by their parents. This is why there are so many assaults on teachers, firings after hostile confrontations with their boss and so many deadly interactions with police. Sorry, but it is what it is. |
