At the very least police dept's can listen to communities have a discussions community meetings etc about concerns in these communities I mean ACT like they care would go a long way. Having community events, in impoverished communities listening to sugestions from residents would go a long way to smoothing over relationships in these communities. In a Instead most police dept's esp in NYC are very dismissive and just not caring for concerns of these communities. Stop and Frisk of course didn't help. |
