That's no big deal, right but 123 Black men died while being arrested last year out of nearly 12 million arrests made nation wide and we have a police crisis. BTW 324 non-black also died while being arrested last year. That's about 450 out of 12 million. That means that 0.00375% - of all arrests made in the US in 2013 ended in the death of the perp. |
