Been saying that for years and I get shot down by the real racists.

Step one in fixing the African American community's problems is to admit what their problem is...

And it's not the cops, the DAs or the government in general.

It's not that they are black.

It's what they let themselves get away with to the point they think they have the right to do it in general.
