That is in the 19th police district in Chicago

Rahm has cut their headcount by 25%, with a further 5% cut to simply guard his house. The Lakeview, Lakeview East, Wrigleyville, and "Boystown" areas have become mugging capitals of Chicago. National news media simply focus on South and West Side murders.

I used to stay there every summer at a Days Inn on Diversey. Good rates compared to the Loop and I liked the neighborhood. But now I will no longer visit the area.
