You seem to be maybe disagreeing with my post that bad policing occurred in Cleveland. I'm trying to understand if you really are.

Meanwhile, I've said I thought it could have been done better. That doesn't mean I know exactly how. How about pepper spray or a taser instead? I'm not knowledgable enough about the situation or police tactics to know if either was an alternative.
