Ah, so you believe that shooting someone repeatedly from a distance while he has is hands up and is begging you to stop constitutes "self-defense" as long as the victim is black.So what about Oscar Grant? Was that "self-defense" because the fact that he was lying on the ground, motionless and handcuffed is "fiction?" What about Tamir Rice? Was that "self-defense" because the fact that he was a young child was "fiction?" More to the point, do you believe that Wilson should have been indicted? Remember, a grand jury is only expected to determine whether it's possible that a crime might have been committed— claims of self-defense are heard by the trial jury. |
