Yes, the "justification" being the fact that he was black.Remember, this was a grand jury. Their job was to determine if it was even possible that a crime might have occurred. Since Wilson confessed to shooting Brown, it's self-evident that there's enough evidence for an indictment. Whether Wilson had some justification for the shooting is a defense at trial. However, the grand jury believed that shooting black people is always legal, regardless of circumstances. As such, they refused to indict— since the victim was black, there is absolutely no possibility it could have been illegal to kill him. That said, there's no point in trying to have an intelligent debate with you. As you have previously demonstrated, you lack the intelligence and/or maturity to understand the basic precepts of logic. As such, this discussion is over and it is way past your bedtime. |
