For instance your post talks about the buses, local bus routes BY LAW have to do 5 miles below the posted speed limit, so even though the speed limit was 30, buses were already doing 25. Now with the speed limit at 25, they will keep the limit at 25 and not reduce it so the speed limit for buses has not decreased. |
