Well that certainly goes both ways too. I know a few cops, and the one I talked to about it said that it also depends on the attitude of the person getting pulled over. For example, if he pulls someone over for something else, and the person is a total asshole, he'll just give him every ticket that can be written. For example, if someone's headlight is out, he may have just pulled the guy over with the intention of a warning so he gets it fixed, but if the guy pulled over is a dick, he'll give him the speeding ticket (let's say 10 over), the headlight out, the no seatbelt, and the whole 9 yards. |
