Do explain why soldiers who may come in incidental contact should be quarantined even though they are not going to be exposed to bodily fluids while doctors and other health care givers who do have more than incidental contact with Ebola patients and do handle bodily fluids should not. I doubt that even you can spin this one fast enough. |
