But how does that translate into measureable lost economic output?Consider a national company in the US with 4 time zones and only 1 office. It's desired to have telephone access from 9-5 for all zones. That means paying somebody from 9-8. With overtime that's 12 1/2 hours pay instead of 8 hours. |
