It IS a steaming pile of shit ... it's United Hellcare. Nobody wants to take that stuff. In my case, my employer merely uses them to handle the paperwork, the company is self-insured and signs off on any bill submitted, no questions asked. Paid in full. But trying to get doctors to understand that it's just United Hellcare doing the paperwork and their other policies don't matter and they'll get paid in full, they STILL won't accept it because of the pile of shit logo of United Hellcare on the card. |
