I don't think they understand that most of the homeless and mentally ill back in the 70's and into the 80's were Nam vets. And they conveniently forget that most returning GI's were spit upon and denied treatment just like what is happening to a lesser extent now with Iraq vets.No point arguing with our chicken hawks here. :( |
