Except they didn't bother to estimate how many citizens voted illegally. That far larger number could have easily overwhelmed whatever margin the 1/40th of a percent or so non-citizens gave to Franken.

So all in all we have some fairly useless results, except maybe to show that non-citizen voters are a way lesser problem than legal voters prevented from voting by ID laws.
