Doctors who go to Liberia to help the sick without expecting compensation should be banned from returning to the US. That'll teach those charitable liberals who expect the government to let them give free handouts entirely of their own volition!At least it'll keep the country safe from isolated cases of people who caught ebola abroad being treated in US hospitals without infecting anyone else, because someone shrunk the entire planet to the point that quantum mechanics now apply on the (apparently) macro scale, meaning that it's not possible to travel a distance shorter than West Africa to America and then change for a US-bound flight. In fact, that's actually a good political move. Banning flights to the US from Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone would help calm the pointless panic and it wouldn't cause any economic harm because there are no such flights anyway. |
