I think it's more he can't admit it went over his head...I've explained it to you before— when you talk about a point going over someone's head, it means they failed to get it due to a logical error or disconnect. Not getting a reference doesn't count. You can quibble over the semantics of "obscure" but there's no way you can argue specific songs are human universals. He has a card for just about anything. Hey, at least I'm playing with a full deck. |
