They weren't Schengen states in 1993.There are Schengen states now. Or let me guess, you're using WMATA-logic where it's completely irrational to think that what's happening today might be different from what was happening in the past? If Palestine and Israel were to live in mutual peace, I'd have no problem whatsoever with an open border. Agreed. But that separation wall that Israel built was unfortunately necessary. The problem is that Israel helped create that necessity and Israel is trying to perpetuate the situation that keeps it "necessary." Remember, mutual peace means Israel too. |
