I am 55 years old, and I have never missed an election since I was 18. I have moved 6 times, and I always found a way to register, and vote, and never found a need to vote absentee.Good for you. I had a 10:00 a.m. meeting and a 7:00 p.m. meeting, both about 60 miles from my polling place, on Primary Day, and I didn't have enough advance notice to apply for a mail ballot. If the first meeting had been at 9:00 I would not have been able to vote. |
