Your comments are proof that you have no idea how the organization functioned - likely why you failed there. New tech is simple. Component out - component in - no trouble shooting beyond module level. Components go back to Centralized Electronics Shop for repair - period. Even you could do it with enough training. Working on the NTT cars was no honor or status symbol. The R-44s & R-46s were a challenge. Within one year - the R-44s had achieved performance levels no one else was able to get out of them in the history of the car. We did it ahead of schedule and several about $1 million under what was budgeted. Same with the R-46s at Pitkin - performing 20-30% above those at Jamaica. Those are the facts. You don't like it - fuck you! The big fact remains that I was a success while you couldn't make the cut, there. |
